| Samantha Smith | Hello everyone, coming out of the meeting this morning here is an outlook for next week, starting Tuesday the 26th, we will need enough people up here at rambler to be able to 1) keep units going on 6th floor, 2) start putting finish on townhomes and 3rd floor 3) spray vents for remaining exterior pipes (the last 4 colors) (about 150 or so) 4) start finish on hallway ceilings on floors 3, 4, 5 (vision is about done with touch ups) only trying to get ceilings done before flooring we all know walls will keep getting dinged 5) we will and can start entry door frames along with finish coats on each floor 6) and I know brinkman will start throwing different mech rooms and amenity areas at us as they are ready as we did one this week Starting next week we really will need consistent manpower up here as they are pushing all areas not just apartment units, thanks everyone I hope everyone has a good holiday weekend | 2026-05-22 |
